for any omissions or errors in the content of this Application/Website. MyPhoneRobot
reserves the right to revise the information contained on this Website at any time,
in its sole discretion without any obligation to notify past, current or prospective

Conditions of use
MyPhoneRobot is giving you a number of functionalities to use on your responsibility.
Using MyPhoneRobot website and/or mobile applications you can: buy your own
phone number to be used for sending and receiving calls and texts.
You can buy a phone number for one month(28 days) or one year(360 days);
change your Caller ID(spoof call) for any call;
send a prank call to your friend's mobile;
send anonymous text messages and receive replies.
You agree that you will use all the functionality website and mobile applications according to your local
laws and the laws of the state/country of the recipient involved .In some states in USA,
you may violate the state law by listening or recording a telephone conversation without the knowing of the other parties.
You can send a spoof call to your friends, which means that you can replace the Caller ID of the sender/caller.
The maximum phone call( using your phone number or spoof call) duration is 4 hours.
You can send a number of predefined prank calls to your friends. Those are preliminary
recorder audio files that can be sent directly to your friends mobile.You are fully
responsible for the calls that you send. You can record the call if this is in accordance
to the laws of your local state/country and the laws and regulations of the target
state/country. We agree to keep the records no more than 6 moths. You agree to indemnify and protect MyPhoneRobot and it's Directors
and Employees from any kind of claim and demand that may be made by any third party
arising out of your use of MyPhoneRobot. MyPhoneRobot is created only for Entertainment
purposes .It is prohibited to call any organisations( especially emergency lines
and government agencies) or any recipient that is prohibited by law or regulation.
If you fail to comply with our requirements you might be subject to prosecution.
You agree to use this(and any other service provided by MyPhoneRobot) service for
legal activities only. You agree to use all the services according to the target time zone
in order not to disturb the receiver.You take all the responsibilities for your actions
and under no circumstances MyPhoneRobot shall be liable for eventual losses/problems
caused by your usage of application/website.
Call Recordings - you agree to record calls on our platform only if the person you
are calling is not located in the following USA states: CA, PA, FL, IL, MI, WA, MD,
MA, CT, NV, NH or MT.I also agree to check and follow the laws in my own country
before I record this call.
Payments and Credits
In order to use the MyPhoneRobot's Services, the User will require a sufficient
credit balance under his or her MyPhoneRobot Account. The User will have to deposit
sufficient credit in his or her MyPhoneRobot Account through our payment solutions.
MyPhoneRobot has the right to change any and all applicable charges and rates at
any time by giving notice of such change on the myphonerobot.com website. Any changes
to the charges and rates will take effect immediately, unless otherwise stated.The
User’s continued use of the MyPhoneRobot Solutions and Services after the change
in the charges and rates have taken effect shall constitute an acceptance of such
change. Depending on your country, the charges might vary. For Spoof Calls, user
is charged once he/she pick up the phone(half the credits per minute).The charge
increments every minute with the regular tariff when the recipient pick up the phone).
Please check all the possible payment options and credit amounts in order to choose
the best one for you. For example, it might be the case that you can get more credits
for the same price. For more information on handling your credits, please see our
Refund policy, stated in this Terms of use.
Changes To The General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these General Terms and Conditions from time to time
without notice by posting the changes to MyPhonerobot's website and any related application.
When we do, we will also revise the "last update" date of these General
Terms and Conditions.

or otherwise using Your account to bypass phone identification systems such as those
by classified advertising websites. Transmitting any material that may infringe the
intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including but not
limited to trademark, copyright or rights of publicity or otherwise violating, infringing,
or misappropriating the rights of any third party. Engaging in spamming or other
unsolicited advertising, marketing or other activities, including, without limitation,
any activities that violate anti-spamming laws and regulations including, but not
limited to, the CAN SPAM Act of 2003, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and

Submissions, Suggestions & Community Participation
In the event you elect to communicate to us suggestions for improvements to the
Application/Website or any of MyPhoneRobot's services or properties (collectively,
"Feedback"), we shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the
same, even if you have designated the Feedback as confidential, and we shall be entitled
to use the Feedback without restriction. Furthermore, any other content or information

MyPhoneRobot might suspend your account immediately, and without notice, if it concludes
in its sole discretion that you have committed fraud or violated any applicable law
or regulation or any term or condition of this Terms. In order to fight illegal activities,
MyPhoneRobot may record user’s calls and provide recordings to law agencies. MyPhoneRobot
does not hold any responsibility with regards of public and shared posts. For all
the services offered by MyPhoneRobot, you agree that your actions MUST not be offensive
or fraudulent for the receiver. MyPhoneRobot has the right to change any and all
applicable charges and rates at any time by giving notice of such change on the myphonerobot.com
website. You agree NOT to use MyPhoneRobot services for SPAM or any offensive usages.If
you do so, MyPhoneRobot reserves the right to close your account without refund of
your credits. MyPhoneRobot is not responsible for reimbursement for calls made with
another service while MyPhoneRobot is temporarily unavailable. The User acknowledges
and accepts that the inherent nature of the Internet and/or telecommunication network
is such that electronic communications may be subject to interruption, interception,
hacking, transmission blackout, delayed or incorrect transmission. MyPhoneRobot shall
not be liable for any risks including but not limited to risks resulting from errors,
mutilation, interruption or delay in transmission, power failure, interception by
third parties, data corruption, viruses, transmission errors, breakdown of telecommunication
networks, malfunctions in communications facilities, industrial action or disputes
beyond its control that may affect the transmission of any email and/or SMS and does
not warrant that any identified defect will be corrected. We do keep the right to
send you emails(1-2 times a month) regarding news, promotions and free credits.
Rights to the buyer
You, as a buyer may use all services presented on our website ( myphonerobot.com
) "AS IS". Even, that we are not obligated, not now, not in the future
- we give some free credits to the new users( and sometimes to exiting users who
have subscribed to our newsletter ) to try the service. Note that, The credits might
not be enough for all the services or countries. We are giving email support in English
and we take the obligation to answer your enquiry in 3 business days(although we
often give response on the same day). In case that you are not happy with the service,
you should contact MyPhoneRobot and ask for a refund. For more information on refunding,
please see our Refund policy section contained in this Terms of use.
Refund Policy
In the event the User believes that MyPhoneRobot has charged the User in error,
the User must contact MyPhoneRobot through email within 7 business days after such
charge. No refunds will be given for any charges which are more than 7 business days
old. MyPhoneRobot will decide on its own if there will be a refund.Note that, we
depend on third party services and in some cases things are out of our control. MyPhoneRobot
reserves all rights on accounts which are not used. Unused credit balance is not
refundable. You agree NOT to use MyPhoneRobot services for SPAM or any offensive
usages.If you do so, MyPhoneRobot reserves the right to close your account without
refund of your credits. If the User thinks that his or her Credit Card or E-Wallet
has been used by third party without his/her authorization, the User should contact
MyPhoneRobot and ask for a refund. MyPhoneRobot will take a decision case by case,
but we do take obligation to help our customers and any people who has been abused
via MyPhoneRobot. We urge those people to ask for a refund before taking any further
action.
